Fusion CMS makes data
migration task much easier and faster. Any Web site or application
with a Web interface, regardless of location, can be migrated into
your system of choice using Fusion CMS. The solution is to use the
browser front-end of each source system and via the visual design
environment to automate the extraction of content. It then loads the
content into the target CMS using the browser front-end or directly
into the underlying database. This simple and efficient solution
even converts your Web site formats and templates into your new CMS
, automatically adapting style info to your new templates.
By automating the migration process, you save both resources and
time while optimizing the entire development process. You can
prepare your conversion in advance while the old Web site is still
live and actively being changed and then execute the conversion in
stages. Operations can continue on the old platform right up to the
conversion, and synchronize past that point should changes occur.
Fusion CMS can aid in the tedious task of manual cutting-and-pasting
content from one page [section] to the next. The migration can be
done over and over, thus saving even more time migrating.
Written in .NET platform that features a user manager, file manager,
a WYSIWYG editor and built-in http compression (for those who are
not running at least IIS 6 and/or don't have access to modify your
IIS settings directly and/or those who don't want to spend a small
fortune on a third party HTTP Compressor). The goal of CMS is to
