Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO\/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
\n\u2022Design, build and maintain our social media presence
\n\u2022Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
\n\u2022Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
\n\u2022Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
\n\u2022Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
\n\u2022Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
\n\u2022Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
\n\u2022Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
\n\u2022Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
\n\u2022Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022BS\/MS degree in marketing or a related field
\u2022Proven working experience in digital marketing atleast for 3 -4 years in service and product industry
\u2022Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO\/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and\/or display advertising campaigns
\u2022Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
\u2022Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
\u2022Experience with A\/B and multivariate experiments
\u2022Solid knowledge of website analytics
\u2022Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
\u2022Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
\u2022Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
\u2022Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement <\/p>\n\n\n\n
