Ashesh Shah, a co-founder of Fusion Informatics Pvt. Ltd. Ashesh holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing and Computer Application. He has previously worked with Sanghi Industries Limited in the capacity of Territory Manager.
Being a Microsoft Certified Professional, he has an experience of 11 years in the sales and marketing of software products and IT services. Over the decade Ashesh Shah has cover more than 32 countries, 300+ clients and deliver 1500+ projects across the globe.
Heading as Chairman & Managing Director, Ashesh Shah is currently responsible for Fusion Informatics’s overall business strategy and development – identifying growth areas and exploiting novel technologies to deliver improved services and applications. The strategy is under implementation and already bearing results. He is also in charge of corporate communication, brand image and public relations and also involved in new Mergers and Acquisitions for the company.
Mr. Shah is responsible for overall project execution management at Fusion Informatics.
Another co-founder of Fusion Informatics that is Mr. Dhaval Shah holds Bachelor Degree of Engineering in Computer Technology. He has 10 years of experience in the area of Software Development. He has worked on the entire range of software systems and application development that Fusion Informatics has custom built, delivered and implemented for clients in India and overseas.
At present, his responsibilities include resource planning, client management, monitoring and control of projects involving multi-location development and implementation. He plays a key role in developing and implementing processes designed to deliver quality.
His efforts were directed towards ensuring that rapid expansion of business and human resources did not adversely affect the high quality of software, for which Fusion Informatics is rightly renowned for both in India and abroad. With a relatively small injection of investment into the partnership from both Ashesh and Dhaval they soon realised the winning combination and this, combined with almost instant success resulted in the partnership being taken to a limited company status. The company has never loaned a single penny and have made profit every single month and is enjoying constant growth.
Ashesh Shah and Dhaval Shah understood that their time to create businesses for themselves left out areas of business to which they did not possess working knowledge. Whilst they could build up the internet side with great skill and success there would be great learning curves in the offline areas of these new businesses.
