A UK based a leading windows & door manufacturing company.
One of the largest and most respected firms in the United
Kingdom.
Project Overview
This company approached Fusion to develop a Customer
Relationship Management System that would automate their
current manual marketing, HR & billing process. The system
was required to seamlessly and transparently integrate with
the existing application and maintain a consistent and
familiar interface to minimise staff re-training.
Solution:
In close collaboration with client’s staff,
Fusion developed a system that automated the business process,
at the same time adding new functionality giving staff much
greater control over all aspects of client interaction. To
minimise overall cost and complexity of implementation, elements
of the existing system, as well as data migration of clients
software was utilised.

The implementation of the CRM resulted in a much more
